Responsibilities:

• Sourcing OPT/CPT consultants who are ready to go into market
• Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring
• Capable of getting students for any technology & Maintaining database of OPT candidates.
• Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the GC/ OPT/CPT/EAD candidates
• Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.
• Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hirings with effective hands-on experience on various job boards. i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
• Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
• Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
• Well-Versed with USA Geography
• Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.
• Excellent command in verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
• Good sourcing capabilities with Social media, Blogs, Forums.
• Excellent negotiation / relationship management skills over calls with candidates
• Cold calling
• Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.)

Experience

• Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates across various IT Technologies
• 3 to 5 Years of experience in OPT Recruitment
• Maintaining database of candidates
• Ability to develop and maintain relation with consultants and team.

Qualities Preferred

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people (OPT/CPT students) frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through screening questions and technologies that they are interested in.
They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
